Information for organisers
I take a relaxed yet excitable, child-led approach to kinder and childcare photography. As a parent myself, I understand what families want to see; real moments, happy children, and genuine smiles as they enjoy their day.
I try and make the process as admin free as possible! I handle everything from bookings to parent communication from start to finish, so there’s very little for you to manage. As an owner-run business, you deal directly with me as your photographer and single point of contact throughout the entire process.
what happens during photo week?
- We capture the children enjoying both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Our focus is on natural, candid, and action-style photography.
- Each child will receive approximately 20–30 images.
- Complimentary staff portraits are included and scheduled at a time that suits you.
- We also take sibling photos, provided both children are enrolled at your organisation.
Throughout the day, I stay in close communication with your team to ensure I fit smoothly into your daily routine. I am professional, dependable, and as mum myself, I understand how to read the room and understand rations and routines. My goal is to make Photo Week a relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone.
How it works
- Get in touch to secure a date that suits your centre.
- I’ll send posters for display and a digital flyer to share with families.
- On photo day, I work with another photographer to keep things running smoothly.
- Families view and order their photos online — no admin required from you.
- Each family receives a private, password-protected gallery for their child’s photos.
- The online ordering system is simple and secure.
- Photo packages are delivered back to your centre within 1–3 weeks after orders close (timeframes may vary depending on printing, postage, and the time of year).

FAQ
01. who takes the photos?
Me! I am a one woman band that has all the balls in the air, I do it all... love having a chat with the directors and playing hide and seek with the kids. I have a knack for teasing out the shyest smile and calming the craziest of cheeky monkeys.
02. a parent has a question
Send them in my direction! I know how much admin you already have so pass them onto me and I will help them any way I can.
03. what days & hours do you come to the centre?
It's a big jigsaw of who is booked in and when. When the parents book in they fill out all the child's information so i can see days, rooms and names. Leave it up to me to piece it together (I love puzzles!) and I will let you know the week before which days I will be photographing the children.
04. what if a child is upset or refuses?
That’s absolutely fine — we never want to push a child if they’re feeling unsure or scared. We always aim to make the experience positive, so if they change their mind later in the week, we’re more than happy to try again gently. Otherwise we can offer a full refund of the $30 deposit.
